But I am not giving anything away if I say that recent past clients include the female boss of a strip club chain who wanted a book proposal, a retired charity CEO who came to me with a rough draft, and a coffee table book on an aspect of Victorian history written by a very clever person with a Phd in the subject who needed some help shifting the tone of the text from academic to commercial. The first now has a literary agent as a result of the book proposal I wrote and submitted on her behalf. The second and third now have books in the publishing pipeline.
